The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan, Wyoming and the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Marteau LLC regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and Marteau LLC.
